Get to know me!
I'm Megan and I'm an expert when it comes to social media and marketing, especially with small businesses and non-profits!
But I'm also a dog mom, an aunt, an extrovert, and much, much more!
Here's a little more:
I received my Bachelor's in Communication, concentration in Public Relations, in 2013 and a Master's in Public Administration in 2016., both from Jacksonville State University, where I was also a Marching Ballerina. For over six years I served as the Downtown Marketing & Special Events Manager for the Office of Downtown Development in Rome, GA. In the fall of 2023 I took the risk of leaving my steady job to start my own business! I currently serve Junior Service League of Rome Board, the Children's Museum of Rome Board,and serve as the network president for the Rome Area JSU Alumni. I have also previously served on the Heart of the Community Board.
In 2023, I was named the Rome Floyd Chamber's Young Professional of the Year, as well as Jacksonville State University's Young Alum. I was in Rome Floyd Chamber's Leadership Rome Class 36, as well as graduated from the Georgia Academy for Economic Development in 2019.In 2023, I was honored to be asked to participate in the Rome Celebrity Dance Challenge, which raises funds for the Northwest Georgia Sexual Assault Center (of which I won Judge's Choice).
When I'm not working away, you can find me listening to Taylor Swift, hanging with friends, or playing with my dog.
